Wilco Farm Store

I have been shopping at this store for a couple of years now and until today my experience had been uneventful. I shop there for one product usually and that is Capstar for fleas. I am a Tech/Rehabber and Capstar is my 'go to' product for anyone new and my Senior cats. Needless to say, I go through a lot of it. Today though after I purchased the Capstar, I was in my car getting ready to leave and I notice the manager walking towards my car. I rolled down my window and he proceeds to tell me that he has noticed I buy a lot of Capstar and tells me that it is expensive. I was in my car. I could tell he was fishing for some explanation so I told him but I'm confused as to why he couldn't of asked me this in the store and I am also confused as to why in the heck it even mattered to him. It's Capstar for Fleas, its not some controlled substance. He said he was just thinking of the money I spend and that they have more affordable options. Again, I was in my car. If I wanted a more affordable product I would have purchased that instead. And why was I explaining this to him at all. If I want to buy 20 boxes of Capstar, why would that matter? It's a flea product. Now, I will say that he was very nice about it all but the whole situation was just weird. I spend a lot of money at Wilco but it is less hassle just to buy it online and much, much cheaper. I had no idea that I was being watched by these people who were keeping track of my purchases Captstar, it's the safest product on the market today and can be given up to once daily. Expensive? Yes. But my babies are worth it. ❤

Came in right before close a week or so ago to grab some dog food last second, and despite my timing the people working were very kind and helpful. Will definitely be going here every time.

I have shopped at this store for some time. I bought some things and needed to return one of the items. I called and the person on the phone was very helpful and nice. I went into the store a week later and spoke with two people in the gardening section. They were both not helpful. You could tell that they did not want to help and we're not pleasant at all. I'm new to gardening and instead of being helpful, the main person was very demeaning in her tone and delivery. I've had worst customer service but this day has definitely went into the books. No longer a customer. Middle finger to them.

Decent selection, though not their biggest location. Make sure to gps it your first few times going. It's hard to spot from the main road and takes a few odd turns to get to from hwy 99.

On Dec 10 2016 I purchased a Viking Jacket.I then took it home and wrapped it.I couldn't wait!!I let my boyfriend open it early. It had a defective zipper. I then cpuldnt find the receipt. Two weeks had already passed. So I called.A lady named Amanda then transferred me to Courtney. She told me to bring it in.I did.It was great.They swapped it out for the same jacket with a working zipper! !So much appreciated. Thanks Wilco employees! !!!
