I recently visited Newberg Ford for routine maintenance, and while I appreciated the courteous staff and my service advisor, the overall experience left me frustrated.nnFirst, the dealership is under renovation, which I understand, but there was no clear signage for where to park for service. I unknowingly went to the wrong area, which seemed to irritate some people. Clearer instructions would have helped.nnI was told my service would take one hour, but it ended up taking an hour and a half. That alone wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I had asked for a ride to my preferred location while waiting, and was told that all the drivers were out at lunch, so no one was available to take me.nnTo make things worse, the Wi-Fi did not work. With poor cell reception in the waiting area, I was essentially stuck there, unable to be productive or even follow the news.nnWhile the service itself was fine and the staff were friendly and professional, the lack of basic conveniences clear parking directions, available shuttle service, working Wi-Fi made for a frustrating visit. I would work with them again in the future because of their professionalism, but I hope they address some of these customer experience issues.
This is the only Ford dealer you should consider! Ask for Kevin!nAfter months of car shopping and going to dozens of other dealers, I was fortunate to give Kevin at Newberg a call. From the beginning to the end, Kevin was professional, courteous, quick, honest, and diligent. He is easily the best salesman I have worked with in any capacity and would recommend him to friends, family, and anyone who is considering buying or selling a car. We are so happy with our Mustang Mach-E and Newberg Ford went above and beyond to make it a fun and enjoyable process. We know we bought the best car for the best price and got it from the best people.nnNo ask was too big and no matter was too small for Kevin and the rest of the team at Newberg Ford. They were always quick to find an answer or get something done but you never felt rushed. There was no hard-sell, no hidden costs at the end, or any of the other classic frustrations you see with other dealers. Just a top tier experience throughout.nnWe are so happy with our new car and our car buying experience. When our lease runs out, Kevin and Newberg Ford will be our first call regardless of where we live - because they are worth the trip.
I’m leaving this a 3 star review because it may have been a legitimate clerical error or it may not have. I checked an excellent deal for a Bronco sport which suspiciously dropped an incredible amount in price only to find later on it changed price unexpectedly without any car seller pages changing the price. It was likely an internal error but it is still upsetting to see.
I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L in pristine condition with only 55,000 miles on it and my agent I talked to was Kaleb Wallrich and he was outstanding. He worked with me and got me what I wanted plus some.. I 100% recommend going to Newberg Ford and talking with Kaleb.
