Savannah and Erik were extremely friendly and helpful. I was dropping something right as the store should have been closing, and made a phone call to ask if they would be willing to leave it open for a minute or two longer until I got there. Eric answered the phone and was extremely kind and ensured I would be able to make my drop without a problem. . When I arrived, Savannah was helpful and ready for my order. I have always had great experiences at this UPS store and tonight's interaction was no different. Thanks, Savannah and Eric.
It’s been many years since I’ve seen any business open the door a little early because there were customers waiting. Impressive! Then I was greeted by Eric and Savannah, who welcomed me in with smiles and “good morning”! I had an Amazon return with code, and it took about 30 seconds for them to process my return. But during those seconds they were cheerful and chatted with me as they did their job. GREAT customer service! I love this place.
The couple who work at the Newberg store were phenomenal! Such personable and welcoming people. Took care of my return and notary service quickly and efficiently.
If you want to pay way more than needed, this is the place! The mailroom down the street sent my package for $2 when UPS wanted $46. This doesn’t seem right..
This is the friendliest UPS store! The gentleman that just helped me went above and beyond to help me get necessary items for my daughter’s school project. I will get his name next time! Thank you!
