Absolutely impressed I think I paid 120 for this one and iv had it for a year. I recently bought a wig for 500 and it was wreaked with in 2 months. 100% would recommend this place over any others

Ecstatic and very happy with my human hair topper. Very natural and easy to put on. I felt beautiful! Emma customized the color, wave, length, thickness for me. She educated me how to put it on appropriately and style it. She was also gentle and compassionate as Alopecia is a sensitive issue especially for women. Prices are very reasonable compared to other wig stores and online which you don’t know what you are getting and how it will look. Both Emma and Jack were very personable and kind. Noted in last review some communication issues. It was on the contrary for me. Just need to voice your needs, ask questions and what you wish for. I will continue to deal with and purchase hair products Wigs R Hair.

I am actor David Lee Hoss and today my Fiancee from Alberta went to Wigs R Hair. The lady was rude and I will never recommend this place to my Hollywood partners which rely on all kinds of wigs. I am appalled by the treatment and horrible service. Their loss big time.

I was helped by Emma and her husband. I asked Emma for some cheaper extensions since I have little experience with them and she asked me my budget. First off, I appreciate that she didn't try to force me to get more expensive ones or push my budget. She helped me find the right colour and after I told her I would buy them she even sat me down and put them in for me and showed me what they looked like and told me how to take care of them. She was super nice and helpful, I will definitely be back for any other hair needs!

Ive been visiting this store for years. I always get the best service and advice form these lovely people Nothing , but, honesty .never any pressure. For the first time here. Ive had tape ins installed. Emma is the best most gentle installer ive had in 20 years.. Dont go any where else..one stop shopping for great products and amazing service.. Really unfriendly. Poor customer service. Asked to try 2 samples, before even giving to try representatives were repeatedly telling the prices. We felt so judged. No doubt why the store is so empty. And definitely is not polite/nice to be talking other language than English in front of the customers! Such a discrimination! Definitely will never come back.

Pretty good selections of products, though customer service and knowledge seems to be very lacking. Went there today on Victoria day, and not a greeting or very much help was given. Once I also got colored match with too dark of a brown extensions, so ended up selling the extensions I got there, but he did give me a small discount on them which helped.

Emma is amazing and so helpful! Emma matched my hair perfectly using real, quality human hair at an affordable price. Emma custom made a band with clips that fit my head and was exactly what I needed for my fine, limp, thin hair. She also provided me with custom pieces for the part in my crown area. Their mink lashes are also excellent. Great service, Great prices. Thank you Emma!

This place cannot take negative criticism what so ever. I bought a wig human hair for a hefty price. After wearing it once the strands started fraying and it was shedding like CRAZY. It was so embarrassing walking out the house with it. I went back to them hoping to get it fixed or sent back to the supplier but she started making excuses for the fall out saying that I must be the one damaging it. I took many pictures and showed her the hair throughout the day and she accused me of lying and that she will not show the pictures to the supplier because it’s not enough proof...what? I brought the wig in and it looked like a tangled mess on my head and SHE STILL SAID I DID THIS ON PURPOSE TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! even after I told her I don’t want a refund I want it fixed. I have come to this place many times and brought with me many other customers. But this just showed that she cares about is the money and not her customers returning. If you want to buy quality hair...not here I suggest you do some research to find another place.
