I visited Diva Beauty Supply with my sister and our sons, the owner was very friendly, and chatted with us and answered any questions we had while browsing. The store is jam packed full of many products so hold off on strollers, etc if you can help it, might help you navigate through all the different options they have to offer. We both ended up picking out a few things and we were super appreciative of the owner who made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and not something we might be disappointed with which was super helpful. Super great customer service!

I would never purchase hair extensions from here again. I payed over $500 for my extensions and within 2 weeks they were dull and tangling. I went back and asked if they could do anything to help me seeing as I spent that much and was told that they were 100 percent human hair. The owner would do nothing. I’ve been wearing hair extensions for over 10 years and I know how to take care of them. My hairdresser sent her client to the same place and she had the same issue. Within 2 weeks the extensions were trash. I would give this place zero stars. Buyer beware.

I've only been here once. But would definitely not recommend. They need to work on their customer service.

I’ve been purchasing hair extensions and supplies from this place for a couple years now. The owners are so sweet and welcoming. They always go above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Their customer service is top notch! Tons of variety as well. Highly recommend this place

Cute Asian owned store. They were very informative. I asked for the most expensive top of the line weft that doesn't tangle or get matted. You get what you pay for and obviously previous reviews they got the cheaper hair. Expect to pay at Least $300 anywhere for good quality hair. I will be back

I’ve been going here since high school. I am now 25 and a caucasian women. The owners have ALWAYS been kind and super helpful. They’ve always been able to match my hair to clip in extensions. They tell you BEFORE you buy anything that there are NO REFUNDS or exchanges so the choice is yours to purchase or not. They also tell you NOT to wash the extensions often, once every 4 months and to use professional shampoo and conditioner and to be very gentle. I’ve NEVER had a problem with this place or my hair extensions. They’ve always lasted a very long time and amazing quality. It is some what of a sketchy area yes, so I don’t blame them for following around some people as per other reviews to ensure their merchandise isn’t stolen. They are completely within their rights to do so. Would recommend to family and friends over images and shades any day.
