I got laser hair removal service for the first time with Sandy. She was so lovely and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and so kind . I can't wait for my next session. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family!

Spasation all staff is kind, caring and professional ! Micheline always listens and asks questions to make sure the treatment is correctly selected. Her knowledge and understanding of skin needs is very sophisticated, comes from education, experience and her pure enjoyment of loving to help customers to feel beautiful. I go to the Calgary trail branch of this salon for the laser hair removal service with Sandy for the past couple of years. The Salon is very clean and lovely and Sandy is an amazing and a super professional individual. She is very informative and knowledgeable, and treats her clients with full respect, in a very friendly manner and always makes sure you’re happy with the service you received before you leave your appointment.

Booked in for a chemical peel and was left with burn marks that became darker day by day. They assigned an eccentric older lady wish I knew her name to save more people from her! that made me extremely uncomfortable and had the audacity to say that MULTIPLE places I've gone to are scamming me and what I've been receiving haven't been chemical peels even though my skin would peel after my treatments... according to her chemical peels are supposed to burn your skin. Please hire people that are qualified to do chemical peels and have experience in dealing with ethnic skin. Throughout this ordeal, the front desk ladies were really kind and understanding, even called the next day to check up on me and didn't charge me for the treatment. But I'm left with burn marks that are taking a while to heal :

Can't put into words how disappointed I am. I spent close to 1K on laser packages, for various areas. Part-way through the process I did speak with staff about the lack of results no results, except just a little bit of improvement with one area, she said to wait until the pkg was completed. It's all done, now. And I see no results at all but all areas but one and that area is very minimal improvement. I don't know if its their laser, or technical errors, but it just didnt work. I had been taking pictures regularly, and I wasted so much time and money on this and not to mention the effort to get to an area far from where I live. Not happy with the results or the way I was brushed aside when I had concerns. Update : The manager who responded to this review said nothing could be done. However, I was given who I think was the owners contact. He was pleasant to speak with, listened to my concerns. Said he wanted his clients to be happy. Said he would contact me back with a resolution that week - come Friday, I heard nothing he said he would call me. I called the following week, he said he was too busy to have called the location I went to yet, and he needed to in order to check with something. He told me he would call me back within 30minutes, I said sure. He was very polite. But he did not call me back that day, or the day after that, or the day after that. It has been three weeks - he has not bothered to call me back to even let me know whether anything can be done or not. I tried once more to call him, goes straight to voicemail. Looks like he spam-listed my number. Beware, everyone. If anything changes, I will edit my review. On a side note - I've been going elsewhere for laser, had three sessions done, and most of my hair is gone. So yes, it is definitely their laser and not my skin type.

Such a good experience! the staffs are supernice and very welcoming. Sandy did a wonderful job on my laser.

All staff were great from the time I booked over the phone to the front desk staff with the exception of Raman. She was the staff member who was working on my luxury pedicure. She did an ok job on the gel polish but there are visible streaks in the colour and it looks like it needs another coat. However, my major issue was she completely left out the foot massage which was included with the luxury pedicure package. Even after asking about the massage, her reply was very abrupt stating she did give me one then left to start another person’s service. Was shocked and kind of embarrassed that she would just lie about this and think I would be ok with it. Wanted to say something when I paid but felt bad about causing a commotion as I was with other family members who seemed happy with their spasation experience.

I highly recommend Kinjal at the south side location. I’ve been going to see her for years and she has always done a fantastic job. She genuinely cares for her clients. Go see her for all your esthetic needs like nails, facials and waxing
