Wiese Plumbing-Heating & Drain

We had ASA Home Warranty assign us Wiese Plumbing. We researched and found horrible reviews of Wiese Plumbing and were really nervous about them. But our experience was the exact opposite. There were very minor issues that caused me to give a 4 instead of 5, but I had a great experience overall. - Heather and anyone else who answers the phone I may have talked with was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Dan was my plumber. Dan was pleasant and worked his tail off and replaced ALL of our old copper plumbing in the guest bath and kitchen in about 5 - 6 hours. He had an assistant with him but I never got his name. - Had to call right after Dan left because there was a slow drip in one of the new pipes and a rattling noise when we flushed the toilet. Heather hooked us right up and had Arthur come out two days later to check on it. Arthur was hilarious. First, the drip stopped before he arrived. And the noise I was hearing was a change in water pressure causing the pipes to move and bang. Arthur didn't have clamps and offered to go get some but would have to come back another day. I asked if it was something I could do myself and he said all I needed was pipe insulation - which cost me $1 and a trip to Home Depot, but saved me having to take off work again. The only "issues" I had: - There was minor miscommunication regarding what needed to be done when Dan arrived. Dan thought he was coming to snake a drain instead of replace piping. Once I showed him the area he said he needed the parts and would be back. Nobody is perfect and mistakes happen, and I think many negative reviews about this company and in general are from people who expect perfection from imperfect people. - Plumbing is a messy job and Dan tried cleaning the best he could - but their are still a few spots behind we are trying to get cleaned up. But considering how hard he worked it's the least I could do. I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad. But I was so taken a back by all the bad reviews that I wanted to make sure I shared my great experience with them.

Returned from a family vacation to a house filled with carbon monoxide due to a failed furnace. After temporarily moving out of the house, obtained quotes from 6 local HVAC companies. Wiese offered the best price, a very efficient quote visit and won the job. Due to our situation, installation of the new furnace was scheduled for the next day. The installation & county inspection were broken up into two days. Everything went great. We have a quiet new high efficiency furnace AND peace of mind. The folks involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Communication was great - no surprises! This is now my "go to" HVAC company. I have already referred family & friends.

My horrible home warranty company sent them out to fix a pipe leaking into the downstairs bathroom ceiling. Spent about 10 minutes tore out my ceiling in the basement (never replaced it) and claimed they fixed the problem. Still continued to leak (the whole bathroom floor flooded everytime we used the upstairs bathroom) called them back out 4 more times. Took 5 minutes to look at it and told me they could not find the issue. Requested a new company be sent out. That company found the issue in 5 minutes told me it was easily fixable and could not believe this company could not figure out the issue. Still fighting with them to replace the cieling that they ripped down :(

I have been patiently trying to work with Weise Plumbing on one issue for the past two months now. I have a HSA home warranty and they assigned Weise to me. When they came out the first time, no action was taken and I had to call them from then on to get appointments set up. When they set an appointment, I had to rearrange my work schedule to be at home. They in response have had at least a half dozen "no shows" and then broke promise after promise, saying that someone would call or show up only to have, once again, another "no show". They gave every excuse under the sun! For every "no show" I would have to call them and it was like starting the process all over again. During this 2 month period, they actually did make it out 5 times before they were able to bring out someone who knew how to solve my primary plumbing issue. In the process the valve to the toilet broke and my toilet is still not usable. I finally got HSA to reassign me a different plumber. I am sorry to say, I would not recommend Weise to anyone.

This company is unreal. Our terrible home warranty set our plumbing appointment up through them. I was supposed to hear from them within 24 hours, then the problem was supposed to be addressed within 48 hours from then. I didn't even hear from them until 48 hours, and then they set my appointment up for days after that. They gave me an appointment window of 9-12 Thursday- they never came. I called that afternoon, they said maybe he's running late, we'll check- didn't hear back. Called that evening, the girl had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't do anything about it, said to call first thing this morning. So I did, and they told me he'd be out sometime today. I called at 2:30, still hadn't shown. Told them I had to pick my daughter up from school, they said oh don't worry, he won't be out for a long time still. So of course, he calls as I'm leaving to pick up my daughter. My husband was able to be here to meet him, he snaked our drain, we thought all was good. HOWEVER, he didn't seal the basement toilet back down when he was finished, and water is now just shooting out all over whenever we try to use anything with water in the house. And of course, he won't answer, they are closed, and their after hours line has a full voicemail. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!
