If I could go lower than 1 star I would. They came out to diagnose the problem with my furnace and they did so within about 5 minutes for $80, then they said they didn't have the part to fix the problem but it would probably be about $1200 and that they would call me back. Well a few days passed and no call, so I called in and they told me they would look into it and call me back. They didn't call me back the next time either. A week and a half passed and I had to get my furnace fixed by someone else instead. The guy that ended up fixing my furnace did it for under $600 instead of the $1200 I was being overpriced for. They're very unprofessional and don't care for the customer. I have 4 kids at home and they must not care about my home being cold since they didn't bother to even return my calls. The guy I ended up having fix it was from a small company and they were so much more down to earth and reasonable. Stay away from Gene's unless you want to be ripped off!!!!!

Either the folks at Genes are not qualified or they are ripping people off. Genes was at my house on Monday as our a/c wasn't working. The technician came out and told us everything was fried and we had to replace the entire unit because it all was bad. It was going to cost us $6,000 and was going to take 2 weeks. We called another company for a second opinion thankfully. They said our motor was bad and needed changed. They ordered a new motor replaced it and we had a/c in 2 days!!!!! Total cost $449. So now maybe you can see why I said they are either incredibly bad at there job our trying to rip off consumers that don't know any better. I would NEVER recommend someone use them.

Chris M. was polite, thorough, and gave us his complete and undivided attention. He was knowledgeable about every question we had for him. He gave us top notch service.

Furnace went out when? When it was 5 degrees outside... Gene's was there right away to make a temporary fix until a new unit could be obtained. They checked in and made sure we were as comfortable as possible until they could get us up and running.

Always prompt and expert service. They are not the cheapest but as with everything you get what you pay for and the service techs are very friendly, knowledgeable and fix it right the first time. I have used them for years on several properties and they never once have tired to pressure or up sell anything. Highly recommend!!!!!
