I have been using Wiebe since relocating back to Canada in 2021 and by far the best insurance company I have dealt with. I get extremely prompt service twice I had a last minute request the Friday of a long weekend and I had what I needed for coverage in minutes, and they are always extremely friendly and courteous. I had some questions about my auto and home policies and Lisa took the time to answer 15 mins of questions and never made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. Would recommend to anybody who wants legit customer service and not a call center.
Lisa from Weibe insurance is exceptionally efficient and friendly. She was quick to accommodate our request even if they were running busy on a Monday and we needed the insurance figured out to go get the vehicle. She got back to us with a quote in couple hours whereas the other insurance company in town still haven't gotten back to us after 36 hours!.... highly recommended 5 stars to Lisa and weibe insurance Vegreville.
July is the best! It did not even feel like a insurance "deal" she went in depth of the best price-performance for us and would not think of using anyone else.
