We’ve been with this office for about ten years. The staff has always been courteous and quick to respond to our phone calls or emails. Our agent regularly reviews our policies, recommends adjustments to coverage and deductibles to ensure that our insurance needs are being met. She then obtains quotes from their multiple insurers to find the best coverage and rates for us. Thank you WFG.

I've been with Western Financial Group and having Wawenesa Insurance since I was 16. After trying to deal with the extremely rude receptionists over the phone for the past few months, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I couldn't talk to the receptionist without them yelling at me over the phone because I had a lot of questions that they "didn't know how to explain it (the answers) to me". Now from talking to another insurance broker they were able to save me just under $100 a month on my car insurance with Wawenesa, the same insurance company. The woman I talked to just had to ASK Wawanesa if I was eligible for a loyalty discount which ended up saving me money and Western Financial failed to inform me or didn't care enough to ask. Unfortunately, this review wont let me put 0 stars because if I could, I would.
