The agent, Todd Fournier is very unprofessional . I constantly received unwanted emails and texts I considered harassment. When I would ask nicely to please stop texting me he would send a text immediately and even the next day. These texts were unimportant and unnecessary. The reason I am still with this branch is the office staff is friendly, switching to a new insurer is a headache and rates are reasonable. I had many other problems with this agent and felt it was like dealing with an aggressive, even childish used car salesmen.
I have always had superfluous service and support from Todd Fournier's office. I consistently recommend them to friends, family and work contacts. If you're reading this, stop your search for a reliable/honest broker and give them a call.
10/10 Recommend Todd for any Insurance Needs. Fast. Convenient. Affordable.
Great friendly service! Highly recommend Cooperators.
