WIC Apple Valley

Well my first time going about the WIC program and of course I had many questions I came across a lady name Margo at first the conversation was going well but when I started to asked questions the attitude started , she burped on the phone directly in my ears when I proceed to ask how wic works she lIghs and says something I should know , I kept being nice saying I appreciate the help but she was just down right rude . The world is in a bad place as it is we do not need Margo making it worst.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences here. However, when I need to make an appt, I call early DURING OPEN HOURS on the day of & the machine says that they’re not open. Like c’mon, it’d be 9:30 AM & still no answer. I’ve had an experience where I would call and call and when someone finally did answer, I was told to call early. This is something that needs to be worked on. It can be frustrating sometimes especially when people have things to do.

Margo is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Why be in a job that’s supposed to help people but not even try? It doesn’t make sense to me. Please get a different job or have a little compassion.

No appointment available everytime, it's so annoying everytime I call I cnt pick up or no appointment! Y'all need work on better system I lived in Roseville before I moved to Dakota county I never experienced this in Ramsey county!worst experience, I wish never moved to Dakota county
