We’ve been shopping at this Wholesale Club for a while now and this store has always been clean, well-organized, and well-stocked not only the general goods , even the produce and meat sections are always well stocked and consistently look fresh.nIt’s a true one-stop shop—great for restaurant owners and also perfect for hosting parties at home or work. Great quantities and great prices!nBeing able to collect and use PC Optimum points is a huge bonus.
I’m not sure if it’s worth to come if you’re not buying bulk. Even prices for bulk surprised me because it’s cheaper in superstore or Walmart. I found this store is expensive. Almost all things I wanted to purchase were way too overpriced.nYes, you can get a bulk, but you can get a bulk in any different grocery store too, and in some of them even cheaper.nEven potato for massive bag was still expensive compared to different grocery stores.nnI didn’t find this store is cheaper than others. Maybe for owners of businesses it’s a great option but even compare bulk prices I would stick with Walmart or Costco or Canadian superstore.nAs well line is insane at the cashier. 20 min wait
I had a flashfood order that disappeared from this store. The man who i spoke to refused to help me with why my order that I was charged for but the food disappeared!!!! He told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. POOR customer service. Did he give my order to a friend? family? He was soooo rude. I just paid for food for someone else. Terrible
I’ve been shopping at the Wholesale Club on 58th Ave for a while now, and it never disappoints. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, which makes finding products quick and easy. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help; especially at checkout and in the produce and meat sections. Prices are unbeatable for bulk items, and the quality is consistently great. Whether for personal groceries or business supplies, this location is reliable and efficient. Highly recommend!
Absolute unfair treatment.nI bought the potatoes, went home and they were rotten. I called the store to ask if it's returnable. They agreed. I went to store to return it forgetting my receipt my fault for sure. I went back home to bring the receipt and manager dismissed me that I need the receipt. I showed them transaction that occurred in store 1/2 hour ago like literally. I brought the receipt to store and coincidentally the customer infront of me had to also return the product and guess what they didn't had receipt and they were able to return the product without receipt. I saw this unfair treatment that one is required a receipt and one is not. This is discrimination I guess based on what occured. Walmart and superstore has the receipt records if the receipt is lost or forgotten by customer, these should be implemented here as well.
