So far my rating is one star as I am receiving zero feedback on the status of the back ordered item I have purchased. It has been 63 days since the purchase was made and I have paid a fairly substantial deposit. Some information would be nice.
I ordered a gas compressor and when i opened it from the crate box, it's missing the key to turn it on. And have to emailed them and have to go back to their store at Calgary. And an Asian guy gave me a key and told me that I am lucky because they have a spare one and the tone of his voice seems that i owe this store.nnCan you imagine buying a brand new conpressor worth 2 grand and giving it to you missing the vital piece to run it.nnAnd they do not accept return items if its defective.
I've been here a couple of times and I like this store a lot. There's a nice variety of items such as computer chairs, side tables, tires, tools, pottery wheel, and much more! I'd recommend you come check it out, you may find something you like or something you need!nnParking is ample and free. Customer service is great, everyone is very responsive and kind!nnLet me know what you think!
Terrible return policy.. terrible. Countless hours emailing back and forth.... they won't allow you to just return at the store for their sub par products. If the package is not in perfect shape.. they wont return even if the item is unused. Prices are cheaper in town for better quality. I would be happy with an in store credit to buy more crap, so I could repeat this process all over again.. but they would not even try to make it right. Buyer beware.
Got a quote and invoice for 200 when I showed up they said price has gone up its 300 now. Completely unprofessional.nnEdit: To respond to the owner i was going to come in to do a deposit when your salesman told me it was not necessary. No where was it communicated to me that if I didn't give a deposit that the order that I had gotten an invoice for could have its price arbitrarily change.
