I love Whittier Clinic more than I can put into words. The compassion of the people who work there cannot be matched. I drive all the way down from Duluth (2.5 hours) for my appointments with Dr. Haddow and would drive further if I had to. I cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Haddow enough.

I really enjoy using Whittier Clinic for my basic health needs. The location is extremely convenient and they have in-house services for lab work and pharmacy, which makes it an easy "one stop shop" to get my health screenings done. I really like that a lot of the physicians are residents - it means I often get younger doctors who take the time to talk to me and get to know me. The wait times are not bad at all, as long as you get to the clinic before 9am. The place is a virtual ghost town in the early mornings, so you usually don't have to wait to get checked in. Also, HCMC mychart is really convenient and easy to use. The one major downside to this location is the scheduling. Very long hold times, and the schedulers are often juggling schedules at both the clinic and the enormous downtown HCMC hospital downtown. There should really be a better way of organizing the specialists caldmedars than using an Excel spreadsheet.

Would have given negative stars if possible. They've lost vital disability documents and can't seem to get it together on who should be filling those out for me after THEY scheduled me with various doctors. Scheduling staff and doctors are unreliable.

Great specialists with evening hours. 4/5 because it's busy and the lobby staff are similar to an inner city D.M.V.
