St. Anthony Village Clinic and Pharmacy

I saw Dr. Peirre in the clinic for an annual physical and to get some labs done. She was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She was thorough with my physical and I felt she really cared about my well being. She took the time to answer my questions and listened to what I had to say. This is coming from a fellow health care provider (RN). I will be going to her form now on! Thank you Dr. Pierre! 🙌

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 11:00am appointment, politely checked with the front desk at 11:20am when I still hadn't been seen, then checked in again at 11:35 to see how much longer it would be. The nurse-midwife I was supposed to see came out and told me that "they didn't know you were here" and then asked "do you need a full physical? Or just a pap?" right in front of everyone in the lobby. Total HIPAA violation and I'm filing a formal complaint with HCMC today. What a joke.

WHAT A HORRIBLE CLINIC!! I went in for migraines and saw Dr. Pierre. She actually googled how to cure them in front of me. Why am I here when I could've done that. What a joke. Dr. Kelley made an inappropriate joke in front 0of me while examining my husbands testicles!! What kind of professional does that?! Mrs. Lipi laughed when I tols her of my anxiety. They are rude and condescending in how they talk to you. It's very bad. As soon as you question them they put negative things in your chart for other doctors to see. How unethical and unprofessional.

I was asked to use this clinic by Hcmc as this one was accepting new patients. What a mistake! The "professional" staff are passive-aggressive and condescending. I went in to update my medications and ended up with medication I DIDN'T REQUEST and started coughing worse than ever. They do whatever they want to do at this clinic. I should have known this place was no good when I never saw anyone in there. I DO NOT recommend you use this clinic for care.

My son had an appointment with Dr. Pierre and I was very disappointed with the service we received. She did not listen to concerns, did not answer questions and was very condescending. The office staff and Medical Assistants were very friendly and I wish they could be reviewed separately. I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone; we ended up going to another clinic for our needs.
