HCMC North Loop Clinic & Pharmacy

I had my first visit at the North Loop clinic this month. I am pregnant and saw Dr. Pace. Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistants and Dr. Pace were nothing but awesome! Parking is validated in the parking ramp next door, which is a huge plus. I also utilized the pharmacy next door and my prescription was ready in less than 10 minutes!

I have never had a more pleasant experience visiting any other clinic or doctor! The desk staff, nurses and doctor were incredibly warm, efficient and knowledgeable. The clinic is easy to get to and in a great location. I can't recommend this clinic enough! Seriously some of the best customer service I've had in years.

The clinic itself is clean, calm environment and seems nice. the people that work at the front desk are nice and so are the nurses, but the doctors there specifically Dr. Pace make absolutely no effort at their job. I was there for a few reasons, all she did was read my chart from another hospital visit which was three weeks prior, told me a story about someone else having the same issue, and kept repeating how common my medical issue was. She never examined me, never checked my urine and completely wrote off my symptoms that I had concerns about, she just claimed it was normal without examining me, I would not see any obgyn at HCMC clinics or hospital because all there doctors just seem to rush you out the door without thoroughly doing their jobs. Trust that any positive reviews about this place is from the people who work there. It's sad that it's hard to get good medical care.

This medical clinic and pharmacy is well-rounded and holistic. All the nurses and staff were welcoming. I was able to get a same day appointment with a doctor who really took her time with me. She clearly cared about my well-being. They can do some referrals, such as chiropractic care, onsite. The pharmacy is very convenient and took my insurance, which I am supposed to only use at a CVS. I will be back again and again.

I honestly don't understand how this place is called a clinic. I also don't understand how some of the nurses their even got there credentials. Each time I came in for blood work my nurse couldn't even draw a line off me..... she needed help. How are you a nurse and can't even do that? My veins aren't that hard to find, every other place I went to had no problem getting blood from me. Another nurse didn't even know how to set up and do and EKG. Once she finally figured it out with the help of me she printed it off and said "here you go" without even looking at it, she didn't even give it to my care provider to look at it for her opinion to see if it looked normal. The customer service here is also trash and embarrassing. I've gotten several voicemails to give them a call back and when I do their to busy to answer or even call me back! One nurse left a voicemail and didn't even give the call back number to get ahold of her. Ridiculous.
