White Spot

Was here a while ago. I will never ever step foot at this location ever again! Slow service for starters. We waited for 20+ minutes just to be seated (Okay fine, I can deal with that seeing that its busy). But then we were assigned a table and it was gross, not even cleaned! What was more disgusting was that the surrounding tables had dirty plates and food on the table. I agree with the other reviews as well, we waited at least 30+ for the food to come. We ended up leaving before it arrived, because I could not be bothered any more. Do not go here!

Went here with my girlfriend. Wasn't very busy but I missed happy hour by 20 min. Seems fairly casual for a "family" restaurant but it was Wednesday evening. Service was good and timely as was the food. We both ordered burgers. I have to say of the many many places I've eaten burgers over the years. Other than Wendy's this is the only place that knows how to properly cook bacon for a burger. Not overcooked like it's petrified and not undercooked so it's chewy and you have literally tear it with your teeth. They got it JUST right, perfect. Will return

We went here for a dinner after our children’s Christmas concert. The service was very slow. It was not really busy. Our food took so long to come out and when it did the hamburger bun was burnt and rock hard, the fries and chicken were cold and the chicken in the stir fry was cold. There was not one thing from the meals that was decent. We complained to the manager and left without eating it. The manager didn’t seem too phased by it. I would not go back here again.

Extremely disappointed with this Guildford location. We are regulars because we live close by and we like White Spot food so we go very frequently. However, the last time we went we were offended with the service. We were a group of 6 people and we were all super hungry but we had to wait over an hour for our food. The food only started to get served when we complained. Even though we pointed out the good was unacceptably late and complained, nothing was done to correct the issue, and we all left with a bad taste in our mouth.

The good: The chicken pot pie was delicious. Our server was friendly. The bad: Brutally slow service. We were served food with no cutlery or condiments. After asking for ketchup / hot sauce, it took over ten minutes before these arrived at our table. The ugly: My poutine was served cold and, after asking for it to be remade, they put so much gravy (see photo) that it wasn't even palatable. Very disappointed with this place.
