McDonald's

This place has a lot of room for improvement. I can't count the number of times I've ordered and paid for food in the drive through, only to be informed at the pick up window that there are currently out of that item. If you're out of it, maybe don't sell it to me? Then yesterday was the best of all. After noting the full drive through line, I came inside and stepped up to the empty cashier line. After waiting for a long time without even having my order taken, I noticed through the pick up window that the very last car I saw in the drive through line up, had now pulled up to collect their order... The best part? The whole time I was waiting, one of the staff was repeatedly coughing into their bare hand, while handling food and completing the backlog of orders. Food safe anyone? When I finally was getting my items, I was informed once again they were out of an item I had just paid for. Yeah. Not coming back here.

Well its in the centre of Surrey, have been in situation, from drug addicts danceing around me while in bathroom tried to steal my knapsack. Dragged out by a RCMP who mistook me for trouble maker and he did apologize.

This is what this McDonald's thinks is two medium hot chocolates. Not full and only steamed milk. Only chocolate is the bit on one of the rims. I had gone threw the drive threw. 10 minute drive away only to find this out when I got where I was going. Bs

Seriously the worst Mcdonalds in Surrey ever. Either their machines are down or they are rebooting their systems. Their drive thru service take minimum 10 minutes and I am pretty sure they choose whatever hours they want to close at without notice. Their fries are either stale or their grease is old making the fries taste like garbage. Seriously not impressed.

A very smart McDonald's location because it's placed right beside a secondary school, which students always go for lunch and after school snacks during the school days, and even summer school. It is a smaller establishment, but it is kept clean and tidy with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
