Always reliable food. Relaxed dining. We had to move tables do to a woman wearing excessive cologne. The server moved us right away.
My friends and I spent Halloween night eating here, and it was the best experience ever. I didn’t catch our servers name, but the girl who served the last table on Halloween was amazing! Service was fantastic, food and drinks were delicious, and her attitude was wonderful. This location will definitely become a group favourite.
This location has been a favourite for many decades! Tonight we were thankful for a varied menu which was well able to accommodate our individual preferences! The food arrived promptly and the service was exceptional! Special thanks to Alexandra and Esther who went out of their way to meet our needs. I note a wonderful rapport between the staff who worked together as a team to create a welcoming and supportive environment !
For all the many years that I have lived in Victoria White Spot has always been one of my favourite stops for good food, proportions worth the price charged and good service. The salmon burger has always been my favourite meal there. On 10/12/24 my daughter and I ordered take away salmon burgers for 5:00 pick up and arrived on time. The order wasn’t ready but that’s not a problem. Then the server brought out two large bagged orders and called a name for one of the bagged orders on the counter. There was an error with this order and the second bag sat for some 5 minutes while the server tried unsuccessfully to solve the problem. Finally my name was called and the second bag that had been sitting on the counter was handed to me. Why the delay?nWhen we got home, the order was cold, cold fries, cold burger. It was colder than the time it sat on the counter, it was unpleasant. Additionally, the bun was soggy and didn’t hold its form. Most unpleasant to have a wet bun. Lastly, the price of $24.00 for a cold and soggy burger, plus its much smaller portion size has regrettably influenced me to never return to White Spot. It used to be so good. Now it’s beyond unpleasant.
Lovely young servers who were really attentive, friendly, and personable. Really made my 2 years old son feel welcome. I love a white spot, even though this visit did make white spot seem like a tired chain, but more a loving observation than a criticism. My fish burger wasn’t great but everything else was great.
