Went for the first time about a month ago with my friend and we had the best time. We caught the tail end of happy hour which was awesome, lots of tasty drinks and food at great prices. Our server Lydia was absolutely fantastic. Her recommendations on the drinks and food were perfect, we loved every drink and dish we ordered. Some of my favourites dishes were the popcorn chicken perfect sweet and savory with some spice, the pear salad was great as well good toppings and perfectly dressed, and the turkey club was outstanding. Fav drinks were the black raspberry sour, and the espresso martinis. My friend's fav was the tropical margarita. We spend about 2 hours there, tried about half the cocktail menu, and got a bunch of food and we really did love everything. Can't wait to go back.
Absolutely adore Glo! It is one of my favourite restaurants in Victoria! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars instead of 5 is because they removed their Spinach and Artichoke dip from the menu : It was my absolute favourite item on the menu and I would come here almost once a week to get it! It was also an amazing gluten free option as a celiac where I would get it with the gluten free flat bread. Please Glo bring it back, I, along with so many others, miss it so much!!

It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay and enjoy every moment.nnThe food at Glo was nothing short of incredible. I had the Blackened Creole Chicken, and it was simply outstanding. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, with a rich, bold flavor that left me wanting more. To accompany my meal, I chose the Passionfruit Creamsicle Spritzer, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced—a delightful drink that complemented the dish wonderfully.nnFor dessert, I couldn’t resist the Honey Lavender Cheesecake, and it was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. The cheesecake was creamy and rich, with just the right amount of sweetness and a subtle lavender flavor that made it truly unique.nnThe staff at Glo were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was to my liking and contributed to the overall wonderful experience.nnGlo Restaurant + Lounge is a must-visit if you’re in Victoria. With its incredible food, great ambiance, and top-notch service, it’s the perfect spot for any occasion. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Victoria!
This place is one of the best restaurants we've been to in a while. Everything we had was fantastic: Beef tenderloin carpaccio, smoked chicken penne, pan seared miso halibut, blackened creole chicken.nnMy wife has celiac and they have a lot of options. The gluten free penne was probably the best GF pasta she has tried.nnWe also had a few cocktails and they were all well made. Earl Grey Martini was a stand out for me.nnOur server was very nice and accommodating as well and service was very fast.
Wow, how did I miss this place previously! The menu is fantastic with lots of items to choose from. Carpaccio was awesome, great atmosphere. Reservation would be recommended on nice days if you want to sit outside. Quiet environment for lovers or business.
