HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to get bathroom fixtures, shower door and toilet for new bathroom. I walk in and see two men sitting behind a desk chatting, 2 others standing and talking to each other. The men sitting see me walk in, don't acknowledge me at all. I look around and wait to see if they are even going to say hello...NOPE! It was not busy...maybe 2 other people in there and not even a hello to them...I walk through out the store looking at the fixtures and still no-one approached me. I walk right by the two workers chatting on my way out - nothing! I will never recommend or spend my money in such an awful establishment. These were not young kids earning extra money, these were grown men working there who couldn't be bothered. Who ever owns this business better start paying attention to how customers are treated. HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE!!
They have horrible customer service. They dont help homeowners when they have questions. They make you wait. Even though their sales people stand there joking with each other. I ordered a vanity, they said it will be in December 15. It arrived January 26th. They also dont take returns even though it says on the receipt that they do. very disappointed after spending 6500 dollars with them. Will never go back! Avoid this place.
Liz went above and beyond and provided professional help and assistance with everything. We were not sure what we needed, and she was patient and knowledgeable. A completely positive experience.
Anyone who has built a home or worse, done a home renovation, has their share of nightmares to tell. My home was built in the same year I was born. As we both approached 50, I decided a mutual mid life crisis a.k.a. gut job was in order. Just about everything that could go wrong went wrong with the exception of my White's Plumbing experience. Jason White listened to what we needed, came up with high quality product solutions, & treated us fairly both from a price and time perspective. He was even kind enough to stop by our project and offer a couple of product solutions that had us puzzled. It was truly a pleasure doing business with this multi generational family owned business. P.S. I never write reviews, so that in itself should tell you something!
If you know someone behind the counter they will help you. They left this woman standing there and would not help her. They took care of their friends first. The people at counter have always been high on themselves. I will not do business with a company that treats people like this. They think they are better then you. They are real Scumbags.
Ordered two Toto toilets on Oct 7. Called three weeks later to check on the status and was told 7-10 days more. It's now Nov 21 and was told 7+ days more. IF they come in it will have been nearly 2 months. They wouldn't have even contacted me if I didn't call. Just ridiculous.
They were very helpful knowledgeable if I had a chance to use them again I would go straight to White's plumbing
Walked in to the counter with a urinal part in my hand and out the door in 4 minutes with the correct part and it was the same price I found online!!.. located on RT 1, friendly staff and park on either side of the building.
Went to white plumbing to buy gas furnace the older Spanish gentleman discourage me from buying from whites plumbing gave me his brother number and encourage me to call him to get a cheaper price and install. I’m like wow all I want is furnance
I renovated a condo and chose all of my bathroom fixtures and plumbing supplies from White's Plumbing. I'm so happy that I chose this company, and I was so lucky to have Lisa Langella assist me with all of my needs. From start to finish, Lisa was outstanding! She truly listened to my needs and didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want. She was extremely knowlegable and was more than willing to work with me for as long as necessary until we found exactly what I wanted at a price point that I was comfortable with. Lisa's design expertise was so helpful, and the entire experience went very smoothly. Unfortunately, some items that were ordered were delayed by several months due to the pandemic shipping backlogs no fault of Lisa or the company, and Lisa stayed on top of everything. She communicated with me regularly to give me updates, which I very much appreciated. I would strongly recommend White's plumbing, and Lisa to anyone who is in the market for any type of plumbing needs.
