DO NOT RECOMENED. Installed heat pump, been 1 year and it still doesn't work, they come out to "fix it" and just disconnected it and did NOT update us of this. This company did all of the plumbing and HVAV work in my brand new home. There have been several things that have leaked causing damage and when I contacted them to inform them of the issues they take my phone # say they will get back to me, they NEVER get back to me. I would think that a company that does that much work for a customer should be diligent with warranty issues. When the a/c didn't work properly in the spring the first time I turned it on they took 2 weeks to come and make repairs. This is an unacceptable time frame. The last problem has been 7 weeks and still no phone call. Terrible customer service and many lies.

Requested an estimate to install a propane system in a new build. Talking with receptionist two times, then with the sale person Tom over a week period. Send all the info required. This is the fourth week and after 2 messages left still nobody called back with some numbers. Ridiculous interest from this company for business. My recommendation is stay away.

Responsible and honest HVAC family business; easy to work with. Inventory product and replacement parts to ensure customers are first priority.

Had an issue with being over charged on a bill have waited weeks to hear back about an adjustment. Still waiting for a return phone call. Ridiculous customer service. Do not recommend.
