Staff is always pleasant and helpful, dog friendly for friendly dogs and tie up that has fresh water out front for those who are not like mine! I see 90% of their negative review are due to staff asking for ID when the customer thought they should not. I’d like to ask those people “is this your first day on earth?” I’m 33 and look it I still get asked for ID sometimes, the fine for making a mistake is massive I worked in the liquor industry in my 20’s it doesn’t matter if you’re there every week, they don’t know that the liquor inspector isn’t watching this transaction. I’m an adult it’s my responsibility when going to the liquor store to make sure I have payment and 2 pieces of ID. Why are you asking the cashier to risk their job or their employers money for your carelessness?

Great selection and good prices. Once they were out of what I wanted for a skip order, so they gave me a free bag of chips and a glass. Really awesome customer service.

In my workplace my position is to go to my stores and see how staff are treating each other and how things looks before even letting the manager know I have arrived. Yesterday I stopped in to this liquor store after work to buy something and I was completely disgusted. Staff members were yelling at customers. I saw one man scream at a customer when all she was doing was trying to buy some wine. The store was a mess and I could not find what I was looking for. I have to say this is not a store I would come back too.

this liquor store I will never visit again. I was going to buy a bottle of wine for celebrate my good work today. I specially brought a passport. The shop assistant said that I needed twopieces of ID, and I said that I come here every Tuesday! Suddenly a Asian girl rushed out of the store and yelled at me "You have to go!" I was very shocked, so I went home to get my ID and then went back to buy wine. After I paid, I said to the SA, "Can you remember me? I come every Tuesday after picking up my kid, and you always ask me for my ID." Then I asked to that girl: “Can you please use a nicer attitude, thank you!” Then the girl sit in the small office said contemptuously:"You don't need to come back, we will not serve you again! Bye~" I was just..excuse me? I said I just want to be treated nicer. Why did you say that? She rushed out the office and yelled at me: “because you are rude!” Excuse me? who said rude to me at first? The first time I went there that girl said: you have to go! Okay, Second time I brought my second piece of ID and ask for nicer attitude, she asked me never come back again! And she said if I don’t leave she’ll call the cops. I said: good, do you have a camera? Call the police Let’s check who’s being mean? And then she said there was a camera, she took my picture, that’s why now I'm blacklisted! I asked her what’s wrong with you, I just asked a nice attitude okay? That girl shakes her neck disdainfully said like a prevailing high school girl: You don’t need to teach me how to do my job! I was like…good..that’s her job, so me as a customer just asked for be treated nicer and she let me out and never come back again! I don’t know what happened on her, probably break up with her BF or something happened. But she did ruined my day, I'm speechless for her behaviour. I only can say: Yes, everyone likes you, you win, you are the boss, good luck! Bye~

Didn't sell alcohol without ID. I'm 44 years old and my wife 39 years old. Poor respect.

Great selections and staff are always friendly. Always prefer going to stores where the staff actually know the products!...never understand owners that have a liquor store but neither they nor their staff ever know any of the products...?!? These guys also have quirky gifts often in-store, like swag or give out free flowers with purchase for their customers. Thoughtful touch.
