Good selection, prices competitive with government liquor stores. Friendly staff! They also accept empties.

My wife and I have become regular customers of this location for the past several months, because we find the customer service second to none, and the selection never disappoints! I highly recommended this store for all your libation purchases.

We have been loyal customers at this place for several years. Tonight my husband went and they asked for ID. He showed them his drivers license and then he was asked for a 2nd piece. He provided a credit card which on the back says ask for ID the girl at the front said that was unacceptable and denied him service. He was shocked......she has served him multiple times and has never even asked him for ID in the past. He has no problem providing it and then to still be denied was ridiculous. He took his business elsewhere and moving forward we will never spend another dollar at this place. Incredibly disappointing and we will make sure to let everyone we know who lives near to avoid this beer store. The area has plenty of other great beer stores who needs this one.

BC Liquor Store shelves are runnin' on empty...but the shelves here are stocked right up and ready for ya!! Great staff too!

At the cost of repeating what many customers have already written in the reviews...this store has the rudest, discourteous and obnoxious staff. Needs to rated below 1 star actually. Staff is incompetent, zero customer service attitude and mostly illiterate. Have absolutely no knowledge of who is authorised to collect and deliver alcohol or who is not. The staff has no idea on Legal aspects of liqour delivery by Couriers. Absolutely ignorant of contractual terms between couriers and the parent Company. The plump woman Dave ....wonder if she has a serving it right certificate at all. Such an unpleasant person This bad behaviour mostly seems to be a cascade from the Owners/ Manager of this outlet. It is apparentt that this store has been Audited a number of times. Surely, resorting to malpractices, this store has been warned by BC Liqour Inspectors for violating the Law. Usually my experience here is great, however, recently I've been interacting with a young blonde female at the check out who is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. She assumes I am purchasing for minors if I'm with another patron, and claims it's "policy" to assume so. I work for the government of BC and am well aware of rules and regulations set in place. To assume I am "purchasing for a minor" time after time, is a strong accusation and I would much rather give BC liqour stores my money at this point.

Rude customer service with unsafe covid protocols. Before and after physically handling my identification, the cashier didn’t sanitize their hands and/or offer a sanitizing wipe for my ID and then went on to touch the next persons ID in line.

I like the store because if you join the free membership by giving them your phone number for 2nd visit you get $5 off but I've come here about four times I live 2 minute walk away and I just got ID today which I didn't bring because I just went to the grocery store. I mentioned that I had a membership and I thought it was the weirdest thing ever. It makes me not want to go back. I tend to go to the same places so I don't keep getting id'd. Clearly I smell like cigarettes because I just bought a pack at the store and did not get id'd. I know it's policy but come on now I'm 32 years old. Another positive about the store is that there's no lineups

Nice shop the people who work there are kind a courteous. Helped me find what I needed.
