White Castle

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. The wait in line was understandable, but then the girl rang my order up wrong and had me pull around to the front of the building to wait for my food. I sat there for asst least another 20 minutes. With the amount of time wasted, I could have gone to a real restaurant.

Waited 10 minutes at the speaker just to have them take my order. Had to repeat it 3 times. Pulled around building to pay to be asked again what my order was...nobody behind me. I expected to have to wait for a bit as I got the case of 30 burgers. Was not expecting ANOTHER 35 minutes. Had to go inside to get our drink to fill ourself, to see only 2 people working. How is this place still in operation if one customer has to wait 45 minutes for a box of burgers, 3pc tenders/fry meal and chicken rings. Hood business. Hood staff. Hood attitude. #%@$ This Place.

The food is cost efficient and very tasty. Your whole family will enjoy the food as well as the staff is very courteous and exercises excellent customer relation skills.

The staff was really friendly, and the food was served up fast. Don't get a chance to visit White Castle often, as there's no locations on the west side of Michigan. The burgers and mozzarella sticks we're as amazing as I remembered. Truly a one of a kind fast food restaurant. Corporate- if you're reading this, please bring White Castle to Grand Rapids. I can't be the only one to want (need) this.

The drivethru doesnt let you pull out if they decide to take 45 minutes to make your food. This is the slowest fast food joint in america. **PREPARE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THE FOOD YOU ORDER********
