I wish I could give NO STARS I ordered the box for $5 and buffalo wings, waited twenty minutes, which was cool they would be fresh. When I realized the wings were barbecue I turned around, returned the order and instead of crediting my card they gave me a receipt that was VOIDED, $23 I went back 3 times after a whole month and the manager said she couldn't do anything. I called corporate 6 months later I have not been back. Although I love the food, it's the principle
Ordered a Mushroom Swiss...absolutely not what I got...horribly slow service. Waited in line for over 20 mins to pick up an order I placed on the app.
My first time coming here in a long time and I decided to go to the drive-thru because I wanted to get a chocolate milkshake. But I was informed that they only had Carmel. Well when I went up to the drive-thru they couldn't find my order in the computer so the employee told the manager and the manager ended up giving me the shake on the house. Not only was I pleasantly surprised I didn't expect that but I ended up coming in the following couple days later and bought a burger and a shake. They made me a fan just by that simple polite gesture. Thanks guys.
Today I went to order the 2 for $5.50 deal and decided to make it a meal my Burgers were supposed to have cheese on them and they didn’t. The fries I ordered were half fresh and half old very greasy and salty, Why they use sought on their fries I do not know because they don’t need any salt. The burger was dry. I added a 3 ounce cup of tea sauce and they only gave me a third of the cup if even that much and charge a dollar for it I called up there to make a complaint. The manager was very rude. The best thing about the whole meal was the drink and the cashier. I do not recommend anyone to go to this checkers on Perry in Pontiac, Michigan but if you do, I would advise you to check your food before leaving to make sure your order is correct and make sure everything is freshly cooked because now I have an upset stomach. I recommend that someone from corporate come in to that restaurant and make drastic changes with the staffing as well as training as far as food preparation because it was very poor service
I've been a fan of Rally's/checkers for years since it first came out. Who can forget the Seth Green commercial in the 90's.nnI don't care where it's located. I'll still drive to get my fill. Checker fries! Checker burger. Big Buford!nnThis location is in Pontiac. Never had an issue here. Been coming here for 15+ years. Simple.nIt's sad some people still have not tried this place. The line does get long sometimes. Late night cravings!!! Oddly, never had hair or anything bad here. Not the fastest and best workers but they try hard.nnGreat food!nnOpen late. This is post Covid. Everyone should be open late.nnHighly recommended
