Sorrento Pizza

Only drive through is open at this location. It is kind of hard to get a pizza through the drive through window, but they managed. The pizza is good, but a little on the expensive side. Careful turning in and out of the location. Few people are aware that there is a left turn lane on Joslyn and Montcalm.

Is there General Pizza is a Great Value Plus they donate part of the proceeds to the vets and they use the best pepperoni

Okay so I frequent here often and everything is normally on point unfortunately I must have gone on a bad day because the pizza was made totally out of the norm. I asked the guy at the window to have the manager call me cause I was in a rush, but unfortunately no one ever did. I followed up a few days later and was advised no manager was available either. Today I came to order at the window asking if one was available while I placed my order wondering what type of systems were in place with call backs. But unexpectedly Vicki states as the manager I would have done something and a manger is always here, but I was never told about your request. I'm thinking okay well you know now. I come here all the time I'd never lie about requesting a call on two different occasions about this. But sadly she didn't do anything to rectify the manner. I love supporting small business but these people have horrible customer service with the dismissive attitude about rectifying things so simple and it's never good service to make a customer feel as if they're lying about anything.

Great for a quick bite, their pizzas, wings and subs are great tasting. I have yet to try their salads though, so I can't comment on that

The general is the bomb if you do light sauce and well done. The are very good with their generous amount of toppings.
