Everything was amazing per usual. Staff was kind even during the lunch rush!! Love this location. Can't wait to get home to enjoy!!
I usually just judge based off if the patties are hot and or are squared on the bunor close to it My usual is just a ten sack of burgers and I sit in the parking lot. The lot was pretty clean, the ppl inside seemed happy, workers were all smiles and thank you. All in all a decent experience. Burgers were hot, and ready pretty fast. Definitely one of the better white castles I've been to. Parking: The parking lot was fairly clean. Garbage cans had all been changed recently so they were not overflowing.
This location is often slow - expect to wait 20+ minutes for even a basic order. Even if you order online, you can easily add an addition 10 minutes to what the expected pick up time is. The last few times i've been to this location, they've gotten my order wrong missing items. I can wait for robots to start replacing people. Maybe the wait times will actually start coming down and maybe I'll get my full order...
The employee at the drive thru was very polite and efficient. I love the 1921 slider. I recommend getting it with raw onion rather than grilled. Both are delicious, but the raw onion just seems to make it more of a burger to me. Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome.
The store was extremely clean. As I walked in, a staff member was wiping down tables. As we sat and ate our food, another staff swept and moped. The cashier that took my order was very efficient. Later, I purchased something else. The crew manager was also very efficient. The ony downside was they played constant rap music. It was very annoying. I was there for about 45 minutes. My sister and I said we would come here at least twice a week. The rap was a turn off.
Michael Antonio Taylor is a huge fan of white castle in Orland Park for the very beginning ever!!!. The food and the drink especially the dessert was totally phenomenon and very extraordinary one!!!. Most of the white castle team in Orland Park were very nice and very friendly individual indeed ever!!!.Food: 5/5
Ordered online and when i came in they dug my reciept out of a pile on the counter. Employee #578 couldn't read the recipet correctly. Then told me it only comes up on the board of you are a uber order.
They do not like to listen to the instructions when you order through uber eats, forget your items and the food was packaged poorly unfortunately and uber eats is as big of a culprit since after spending almost $60 I was refunded only around $6.
Okay people say bad thing about fast food but let me tell you about this location. 1. The workers here are always amazing. 2. You're going to be waiting, but my food is ALWAYS hot and fresh when I order here so it's worth the wait. 3. Please don't be rude to them, they showed up and it's not easy to deal with the post pandemic "Karens" so as the sang goes treat others the way you'd want to be treated. 4. Thank you all at this location for your service and you are appreciated by this customer!
Probably the best White Castle I've ever been to! Service was excellent and fast. Folks weren't just standing around but they were actually working! I wish the other locations were like this one!Food: 5/5
