I don't usually complain but stopped because I had the two spicy chicken, fries, and combo meal coupon. The sandwiches were dry as hell, fries and the sandwiches tasted like they had been cooked in old oil plus the fries tasted old and cold! Which didn't make sense because they asked us to pull into a spot so that they could complete our order. The only good thing about the order was the strawberry lemonade. My mom said her natural lemonade tasted funny so she did not drink it. Waste of $ even with the coupon.
The MANAGER I didn’t get her name it was around 9am in the morning she might be Mexican got my order incorrect & I had to come back which was already an inconvenience & she yelled that was what I ordered the customer service was horrible not once did she apologize until I waited for an apology she should not be a manager at all. This was on Wednesday 9.28 whoever the manager was this day. I’m calling cooperate to report this incident too. She better not yell at me again though she acted like at we’re on the streets throwing my food in the bag. I don’t know what was wrong with her this day or if she’s like this Everyday
They can’t get an order correct to save their lives. Multiple times of forgotten things or wrong orders. They had me pull around the front so they could finish the chicken nuggets and when they brought me the bag the chicken nuggets I was waiting for were not in the bag. Then they gave me the wrong sauce…I mean why is it so difficult to get an order correct…stay away from this Wendy’s unless you check your food like a hawk before you leave. Lol
I go to Wendy’s around 10:45pm 5/25/2022 expecting to get a late night meal after a long day. I order a 20 piece spicy nugget and 2 large fries and when I get home to finally eat I realize that the gentleman at the window gave me 17 nuggets in total and 4 regular nuggets “mixed in” to that 17. Now look I’m not a stickler for this kind of stuff but when you spend $17 dollars on something so simple to make, you expect it to be right. I have worked food industry and other customer service and in my opinion this is just lazy. The fries were also cold to top it off. Just figured I could bring some attention to the matter to make sure it doesn’t happen to the next person.
Stopped by this location after working up a shopping appetite. My burger was great - juicy, hot, and fresh. My fries were old and lukewarm. The lemonade was "perfect"; not too sweet and not to bitter. The staff were very fast, friendly, and professional. Reasonably priced. Ample parking. Noticeable location. Fast service.
Hair in burgerbaconator and chicken nugget not fully cooked also received honey mustard dipping sauce when ranch was requested
One of the worst Wendy's I've been to - no exaggeration. They are completely oblivious and lazy. I'm shocked how corporate is unaware of how messed up and incompetent they are. They close up shop earlier than stated, which is suspect. Many people at this location should be fired and never be allowed to work with food again.Food: 1/5
Everytime I go food Is hot and my order is always correct and I always get out of the drive thru I'm seconds the workers are very nice will continue to go there.Food: 5/5
Nice place to eat and get your food reasonably fast. The food tastes good. I was disappointed at their limited selection of soda as the ordinarily have a wide variety not just cherry coke, but one of the few places that will serve vanilla coke-just not the day I went. Overall, all a nice fast food restaurant.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. Unprofessional. The customer service truly sucks. The place is disgusting!! The cashier can’t hear right apparently. They took my money and never gave me a refund. Everything was just disgusting. I had paid and didn’t even take my food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
