We have a boiler and was having some issues with the zones. The technician that came out was very personable and experienced. We are new to the area and just bought our home back in September of 2017. I was very satisfied with the timeliness of the service and the level of professionalism. I am a former contractor and would recommend this company to any homeowner or business.

5:30AM today discovered water heater leaking in basement. Called Whitcher at 6:30AM, employee answered!!.. and put me in system. 8:00 received call from office. 8:30 crew arrived. 11:30 new hot water heater completely installed. Crew careful not to track up our carpeting, cleaned everything up, and out the door. How's that for service? Why would I ever use anyone but Whitcher??

They promised us they would do some work for us then they backed out of it and didn't even contact us. They left my mom very upset, and we still really need the work done.
