Always great friendly service. Store staff know where everything is located at in the store so you get get what you need and get on your way.
They have a great selection of items. I needed a chain for my battery operated chainsaw. They have a great selection of chains and replacement bars for Stihl. The store is huge and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helped get what I needed.
The store is clean and well stocked, and the service is friendly. It's a small store, so the selection is limited, and as in my latest trip there they don't have everything you may need. What they do have is employees who aren't agitated when you ask questions and who can sometimes suggest another option to help meet your needs. One drawback is that they are noticeably higher in price, more so than our big box hardware store in the area.
I love this store. Always friendly and quick to help u out. Sometimes they will walk to what u want so u can compare prices. Good store, good morals, it shows.
What happened to the days of people going down to help you find something your looking for ?? You and your company costumer base sucks. I asked for help and they pointed me in the right direction but I needed more help and so I went to the paint center and again she did not come with until I asked her a question... then she copped a attitude. I can get more help at Walmart then I can at your small town store... STEP IT UP.
