I took my laptop to Chris as I had trouble with a full system recovery. The first disc was OK. What I didn't know was the second disk was damaged, which left me with a missing BOOTMGR. I panicked, but calmed down enough to call Chris, and then dropped off my laptop the next day. Chris solved my laptop problem and my laptop is up and running again. Fast too. I had my computer back in 2 days. :) He even downloaded and installed my Windows Updates! The price he quoted me was reasonable too. Chris, you have a customer in me! Thanks so much.

Very prompt and knows what he's doing. He solved my laptop's dislocated charger hole in less than a day (a problem I feared to be irreparable) — and this is with me saying that it wasn't priority to finish! At the conclusion he had my AC adapter all nice and wrapped for me — very tidy. He even thoroughly explains his process of troubleshooting, so you really know he cares.

Mr. Mitchell is an upstanding guy. He knows what he is doing when it comes to tech. This is coming from a fellow IT person. I have seen his work done and he does a very good job. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

i like Chris Mitchell he dose good work on my computer i will all ways go to him to work on computers if you need work on your computer go to him he dose good work he will get you up and running
