Pretty much the only sandy beach in its vicinity. Very well kept an there are picnic tables and a playground nearby.

We found it difficult to navigate with no explanation of the self service until I called Quartz Contracting. I was looking for a full service site which I was told by phone a few days earlier would be available without reservation by the Sunday when we would be camping. The person on the phone told me there was only 1 full service site which was #16. We parked in the site to find no water from the tap that we hooked up to. We had 15 amp service and no sewer and paid for full service. Not happy campers :(
