real good the Large sandwich is huge we bought 2 and split them with our kids family of 5. Everyone was satisfied also the restaurant is clean and there always cleaning it which I love. the pic of the sandwich does not do justice and thats because they were so appetizing we ate them before I could even take photos of them. take my word for it, its good

This was very underwhelming. We went as a group of five with no one else in the shop. Only one of our sandwiches was made well. One had cold egg on their brunch wich, another ordered a turkey lettuce wrap and customized it but did not get half of the ingredients she requested on it. The amount of meat on the sandwiches was disappointing especially for the price and the pork had no taste. The redeeming quality was the French fries, they were fresh and hot. I got the chicken club and attached is a picture of the advertisement versus the sandwich I got.

Our sandwich was okay. It is conveniently located, and they are hot, unlike some sandwich places, but nothing amazing. I got the chezburgewich, and my partner got the wicked witch. They have fries too, which for someone may make a difference. They seemed a little short staffed, but the staff was nice and friendly. Vegetarian options: They had a vegetarian sandwich.

If you are at state street and tired of shopping and touring then definitely go to this place for a quick bite. They have custom sandwich option with different sizes and toppings. I took vegetarian black bean sandwich and it was delicious. The thing that i like the most about this sandwich is its bit warm so the flavors of patty really tastes very good. Just choose spicy ranch option to fire your sandwich up

Skimpy on meat on sandwiches, doesn't even cover whole length of bread; fries are cold and soggy, barely cooked; forgot to add sauces ranch and 'wich sauce that were ordered with fries

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had played a pick-up order thinking it was going to be ready when I was going on break. Come to find out, they never received my order and it was a long line of people. They aren’t properly organized when it comes to the weekend and the online order is a mess. Plus run out of food items all the time.

This place is amazing!! I brought a friend here for lunch the other day and had a great time! I visited the day before too, for my lunch break. First, I had one of their signature sandwiches and it was so good. The next time I visited, I made my own and it was also really good! They're very quick and friendly at this location. Unfortunately, they were out of lemonade and french fries, but with world-wide shipping delays, I completely understand. I'm definitely going again during my lunch breaks.
