"Zoup! Eatery is the leading fast-casual soup concept that also serves fresh baked ciabatta bread for comforting sandwiches, a mac & cheese line and fresh salads, grain and broth bowls."
I met a friend for lunch and it was our first time dining here. Absolutely delicious with vegan/vegetarian options. The staff was kind and let us continue to enjoy our outing until they were closed and cleaned up. Thank you for giving us extra quality time together. ~Luna
I ordered the chicken pot pie soup. It was very bland. This soup used to taste exactly like a chicken pot pie. The crust sprinkles on top now taste more of flour than crust. Very disappointing for a $11 bowl of soup.
Very yummy! A little on the pricy side for soup, but by far some of the best I’ve found in the city. Also love their grain bowls!
The food and service were good. The problem I have is the price for everything. You get a small container of soup for $8. Even the large portion is just slightly taller...........
great choices of soups and really tasty sandwiches Update 4 years later: still really good soups, didn't have a sandwich this time so I can't speak to those
I LOVE this place. Since this location is right across the street from my job, I have lunch here at least 3 times a week and the food is amazing every time. I normally get the choose two option. On a normal day I get a sandwich and soup, but when I am very hungry I get a salad and a sandwich, and still hardly ever finish everything. The salad is very filling. The staff is very friendly. I order online because their line can get very long during my lunch time at noon. I have never had any issues with my food not being ready when I order online. Everything I order is always freshly made by the time I pick up. You get to customize your meal, when you order online, and if you are a picky eater like myself, then this comes in very handy. I think the price is actually pretty reasonable, considering the portion sizes, especially if you select the try two option. If I see a new soup on their online menu for the day, then I wait in line and try it. You get to try as many soups as you like. Highly recommend this place.
The soup was delicious and the staff reasonably helpful. The seating area was not well kept, though. Discarded items lay on the floor and a stained carpet made it less than appealing. I may return when I'm next in the area, but will likely get my meal to go.
Was on my way to Union Station and noticed Zoup. Went in just as they opened at 11:00. Got a sample of their Seafood Soup and liked it and ordered it. I was able to get whole wheat bread with it. The Seafood soup was excellent. What I liked was the variety of soups to choose from. Staff were friendly even though they were very busy putting up on line orders. Will definitely stop again.
For a place called Zoup, their soup is pretty mediocre. I’ve made much better tomato soup at home. It’s fairly cheap tho for the loopDine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Placed order online for delivery, they gave me a est time for delivery of 11:50, they partnered up with doordash to deliver my food, a whole hour later and nothing, doordash was literally 2mins away and then it changed to 12 mins away...I called the store n the girl on the phone was really ignorant and didn't help at all.. . Never place a order unless you want to be eating a cold lunch
