Matt and Crystal Lotarski purchased the restaurant in June 2013. Matt and Crystal have over 50 years experience in the industry. Matt has been a Chef at Hiltons, Embassy Suite, Royal, and St. Ives. Crystal back ground has been in Group Sales at Novi Hilton, Westin Southfield, and St. Ives. We have three beautiful children, Erica, Justin, and Hailee. We knew that Helens family restaurant that has been in business for over 40 years needed to reopen, so we did it. We offer creative, fun, and unique food. About 90% of what we do is from scratch and boy can you tell the difference
