Had a couple delivery pies last night and they were pretty good. I’d favour Una and Azzurri over this place, but these pizzas were better than a lot of places in the city. Good crust and toppings were pretty decent. Prices were reasonable too. Seems like a place that you’d want to be successful in your neighbourhood.

The pizza was delicious but wholly was the pizza expensive. For 3 12” pizzas and a Caesar salad and the total come to $90 something. This was on a special as well where a 12” pizza was charged a 10” price.

Amazing pizza, incredibly friendly staff, my stomach was like a black hole collapsing in upon itself just from the smell, couldnt wait to dive in. Probably the best pizza place in town!!

Ordered from here multiple times... Everything has been great and I particularly like the thicker crust pizzas but the thin is also good!. The flavour of the dough is really what sets this pizza apart from other places. Generous toppings, unique variety on the menu and I like that specials change weekly. Do yourself a favour and order the Saturday night Pepperoni special. Probably the best $15 you will ever spend.

Twas the most flavourful pizza that I have had in a long time. It was cheese, the crust had that snap and all the ingredients were evident. I will be going back.

We have been looking for a local pizza place for few years. We tried Wheat Pizza by Jay and we have found it. Crust was crispy and not greasy. Lots of toppings and they were quality toppings to boot. Sauce is very flavorful. The cheese cooked to perfection slightly browned and lots of it. The way I like it. We have found our pizza place i think we are lifers. Tha ks Jay for giving a quality product with great customer service. We are hooked!!

Wheat Pizza by Jay is the BEST pizza in Calgary.  We actually drive from the southeast corner of the city to pickup Jay's pies.  Everything is right about his pies.  The crust is never soggy, ingredients are always fresh, and when we pick them up, the pies are always piping hot!  Oh and you have the choice of thick or thin crust.  Both are excellent!  A shout out to Carol too for always being so accommodating on the phone.  Highly recommend!  You won't regret it.

I couldn’t decide what to go with so I picked the gambler, it wasn’t quite as adventurous as I’d hoped it would be but it was a fantastic pizza nonetheless.  The crust was great, tons of toppings, and the cheese was melted to perfection.   Will definitely be going back to explore more of the menu.   It took half an hour from the time I called until the time I picked it up which I think is pretty standard.   Highly recommend!
