Hamid gharajeh really care about your Money, not your business. He seems talk nicely but just Charlatan; I trusted him trough another guy to buy a house, the home inspection was just a decoration, as he doesn’t care just try to make the deal no matter what happen after that. Now I am fixing and repairs for many Years. Walk away from this person!

I came from Japan, 3 years ago. My first experience was with Westwood Realty. I bought my house and we closed the deal. At the time I didn't realize how good Westwood helped me. When few years later I worked with another company to sell my house, I understand the job quality and the service westwood provided to me. Now, I am back to this company and they are helping me with my needs. I strongly suggest any body who wants to do business in Toronto, specially in Richmond Hill, use this company. Very good caring.

I had a very pleasant experience working with this firm. Hamid Gharaje, the Realtor of Record, helped us through out the transaction. I remember when we met, I was impressed with their sincerity and patience. I understand and appreciate the level of care they showed me. I bought a condo in Downtown Toronto and it was the best experience I have had purchasing a real estate. The office also manages my condo and you could not ask for a better group of people to take care of your property. Hats off.
