He took advantage of my family in times of need. Listed our house, didn’t sell for 3 months, then we found out from other agents he was declining offers so he could buy the house himself for personal benefit. Would definitely not recommend him, his team is predatory.
All the good reviews here are from a time of when the market was so hot the house sold itself. Listing agents here do almost nothing. No client service, horrible response time, take your business elsewhere to someone who really deserves your business on such a huge life decision of buying / selling your home. It's incredibly unprofessional to not respond to other realtors from what I've heard on offer nights let alone your own clients. Choose someone else I wouldn't trust them ad they don't care about you, just care about the sale/transaction.

This was the best experience l have had with a Real Estate Agent. I tried for several years to sell but no success. Ours was an Estate home. From the first week of listing with Jason and Janet we had lots of traffic and all were SERIOUS people not tire kickers. Jason and Janet managed everything extremely well. Very efficient team and no BS. In the 3rd week we received our first offer and shortly thereafter we sold for the price we wanted.
