Team Zold GTA Real Estate

Shawn does a fantastic job in terms of following up with his clients. I have referred several people to him, and his team's response rate is incredible! Definitely someone who goes above and beyond for their clients, and I 100% recommend Team Zold!

Shawn and his team sold our house quickly and we sold above asking. We will never know if someone else could have done as well or better so in this regard I give them credit which is the only reason they got the 3 stars. We had initially given them a good review however, what I didn't appreciate is afterwards. They received a lot of money in commission and all they did was send us a $5 scratch ticket in the mail (which we never even got) but what I didn't like is Shawn told me on two occasions he would send me information regarding new york which he never did and promised he would invite me to a game of golf which he never did. I don't appreciate people not following up on what they say they will do. That just indicates that once they get the listing and their commission, they just forget about you. I thought customer service meant more then that. I would not recommend them as there are lots of agents out there that care about their clients and can get high prices.
