Bad customer service on two separate occasions. I like to support small and local business in YK, but the staff and Manager are straight up not friendly...sorry I don't know as much as you guys about tires, rims, studding, etc. but don't treat me like an idiot. Won't be back.

I grew up in Yellowknife, I took my first car I ever bought here for tires, and twelve years later I still go here when I need them. I know absolutely nothing about tires, but they don't treat you like an idiot. They give you information to help you make an informed decision. While the dealership where I spent $30,000 on a new vehicle, is trying to overcharge me for parts and labour, this garage steps up to offer me a superior product, a better price, AND the labour charge for the install is included in the price of the tires. He also let me know that if I spring any leaks while waiting for my new tires to arrive to give him a call and he'd "keep me rolling". This type of morality is what's lacking in these other vehicle dealerships and garages. Westown raises the bar and makes me proud to support this local business!

Ken is the best tire guy I know his staff is very good also . Prices are great and service is fast in and out in minutes .

Horrible customer service! I just broke down as I explained with a flat! And needed it fixed! Being it was 330 pm they would not be able to fix it! And they said they didn't want to work on it anyway! And hung up on me! What if I was stranded ! Didn't care of my situation!
