Canadian Tire

I placed an order for a block heater early November, I was informed that the shipping would take less than 2 weeks and that they will call me when it's in. I come back early December and I come to find out that the part is not there it's not even ordered! I am informed that it will still be 2-3 weeks away. I ended up purchasing a pan heater but it cost me an extra 90$. Do not buy parts from them they will not even order it!

Canadian tire management and employeesnot all but the majority are the rudest and most unhelpful I’ve encountered in a very long time. On more than one occasion I’ve said I’m never coming back. This time I’m not - over priced and terrible customer service. I’d rather go to home hardware or Walmart.

Just went through what was written over here, i don't think any of these are true. Wonderful management, i enjoyed my 3 months working there. Jason & Karen are always interacting. nice place to work if you can withstand the winter.,

It is truly unfair for Jason and Karen to received those negative reviews especially from the people who neither work with them nor at the company. I am one of the foreign workers who experienced it first hand how supportive of employer they are. My journey to getting my permanent residency is one hell of a roller coaster ride. I was on a brink when Canadian Tire opened their door for me through the assistance of our now office manager Girlie M. Back then Jason and Karen are just on the process of getting this store but they never had a second thought in extending their helping hands to me. They helped me above and beyond my expectations as an employee. I am grateful and will always be grateful with them and with our office manager who helped me and my other co-workers in preparing our documents during the process. We never asked our office manager to do it but she has everything on her calendar and sticky notes. She has everything on track for our papers. Long story short, I successfully got my permanent residency for almost a year already and I am still working with the company not because I don’t have other options and opportunity but because I chose to stay and show my gratitude to the people who gave the chance to pursue my Canadian dream. Canadian Tire has been a doorway not only to me but to many Canadian dreamers of all races in achieving their Canadian dream and YES Canadian Tire 453 is continually doing it.

They found me a great set of winter tire. I was thrilled at the cost.

They never let our group down. However, they offered their hands to start the beginning.Thank you Canadian Tire management for unlocking the door for us.

It was a very good store. Almost every household item is there

Canadian tire always has what you need. This location has lots of parking and lots of staff ready to help if you need it.

Had to get power steering look at and they said they have to inspect first. Understandable most place do that, but most places don't have you waiting since 8am. I get its first come and first serve but there was only 1 or 2 people ahead and they still haven't bother to look at our vehicle. Poor service and will be taking our business elsewhere.

PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE…especially if you are looking to get PERMANENT RESIDENCE PAPERS from them. This is an honest review. Complete fraud….management will make excuses to the employees to help them get the PR but, after completing half year or so working there, you will end up wasting your time, effort and energy.
