Kal Tire

Had to go there today as we were losing air in one tire. We received quick & excellent service. Thanks again!

Hours listed as closing at 5:00 PM on Saturday on both Google and their website. When I showed up at noon the door was locked and no one around to help with the slow leak I had in a tire. They must share hours with the independent shop they share a building with and are closed on Saturdays or something, but it's hard to tell as their hours aren't posted anywhere on their building. That really should be updated. It's quite hard for me to get service anywhere in town as I am tied up with work all other days during normal business hours.nnNeedless to say I am quite disappointed and feel this doesn't live up to the reputation of the Kal Tire chain I have come to know through other locations. The guys at Kal usually treat me like a VIP and would usually do this job for me quick, painlessly and free as I usually go through them. Not today I suppose. Should have just went to the dealership.

Buyer beware.nThis shop mounted my tires not purchased from them last May. Went on a road trip in September and the truck vibrates over 120 kmh. Vibration gets worse as I go faster.nReached Vancouver and went to KAL tire for balancing and found out all my wheels were out of balance.nI reached out to EVO calmly but pretty much told that he couldn't warrant his work for that time difference and I got told that I probably have abused my vehicle that's why it went out of balance. Really?nNever again. Even the kids over at CT can balance a wheel better than this shop.

Great service! They had my tire off and fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Always do great work. And even when I don't have my vehicle there, they let me relax in their waiting area.
