Weston was the official RIMOWA Repair Service in vancouver so their technicians have extensive experience and knowledge with all suitcases from rimowa. I’ve had to take my suitcase in a couple of times for repair and the service is always very friendly and turn around time was fast.

Permanently closed. They need to update their Google information and communicate with their partners as we were sent here from United Airlines to get our luggage repaired.

I went into Evex today as I was directed by Air Canada to go in to pick up a suitcase to replace a suitcase which was damaged by them. I was flabbergasted by the rude, obnoxious service I was greeted by. The representative there did not even try to listen to why I was there and what I was advised by Air Canada instead started yelling at me, in a rude tone and stated that he would not be able to help me. I do not understand why anyone would go to this location and give them any kind of business. There was no customer service and was the worst experience I have ever had. This man did not ask for my information or try to Look at what Air Canada had told me. I am unsure why Air Canada sends their customers there. I even spoke to Air Canada and hope they will take the feedback provided and stop doing business with this location. I would give negative stars if google would allow me to.

Big luggage repair shop and friendly staff but they are closing mid October so sad! There is leslies luggage repair and they do only minor luggage repair.

They do not give luggage that is equivalent price to your broken luggage, even though I have luggage insurance with the airline.

Found this place online to fix a missing wheel on my suitcase. Made the trip from Surrey to get it done. They had a wheel in stock and could fix it right then and there. Was in and out within 10 minutes. If you need your suitcase repaired and at a reasonable price, check these guys out

I called everywhere and no one was able to provide a really quick turnaround time on a backpack zipper replacement. Long story short I told them I needed it two days from the day I dropped it off at noon but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call at 3 PM the same day letting me know it was ready! Great service and repair.
