Perfectly pleasant. Was greeted by the gentleman and he helped me through the loading the card process

It's decent, washers work fine but the owner can be very rude. Half of the dryers "don't work" even though they clearly do he just wants to use them himself. If you need laundry done and this is the only place open then its fine, but I'd suggest going somewhere else.

The owner only welcomes drop-off business, if you're doing your own laundry you're definitely a second-class citizen in this place.
