Has a posh atmosphere, as expected in a store which sells luxury products such as Montblanc pens. The store has a perfect layout. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about his products, which is very encouraging for customers. Appreciate being allowed to test different products at ease. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Charals customer service is incredible! I was looking everywhere for an origional Sonnet Parker pen box and Al went out of his way to find one for me! I love this store and if you are looking for high quality products and exceptional service, this is where you go!
