What is going on with air pockets in your bread. The loafs are not uniform, I've had the crust detached out of the bag. My last loaf has an air hole through at least half the loaf that is half inch by more then a inch in size. You been making bread for likely over a hundred years.i don't get it. Do I spread jam around the hole or just let it hit the floor so the dog it.

I noticed lately in the last month your bread I use sandwich thin slice is not very fresh even though expiration date is week and a half away feel soft but taste stale even by touch

I too have experienced stale loaves in the past few months. Crumbles all over the place. New ownership perhaps?

Always smells great passing by it in the car when they are baking bread snd baked goods. Outlet store beside it is now closed as of July 14. Will miss the bargain bread opportunities and over bakes that they offered. Was a great place to get bread. Weston's has been part of Kitchener for quite a long time. It is a landmark.

This Weston plant opened in 1948. My husband grew up in this neighbourhood with the scent of baking bread in the air. Times have changed, but the same aroma permeates the air today.

Just had some toasted rasin cinnamon bread that I bought today. What a disappointment. Bland white bread with a few rasins. No flavour. Bordering on stale.

Bad management and dirty facility. Some employees treated like slaves.
