Westland Insurance

I have dealt with Artesian for many years for all my insurance needs. And even though the brokers were changing pretty consistently I always got a call back. I recently called to add a vehicle policy and the woman that answered the phone seemed inconvenienced with having to get paperwork together to get me insurance on my new vehicle. She was more worried about when the office was closing than the new policy I was needing. She thought it was a better idea for me to call my spouse’s broker and add my vehicle to his policy. I even called more than an hour before the office was closing. Super disappointed - will be shopping around for a new broker to move to as Westland does not seem to care about the customer needs.

Driveing my dad's truck and had to get new pink slips office was in high prairie was able to pick them up tlin gp no problems

Upon reading the other reviews I was looking forward to my experience here, however, I did not receive good service here. My broker was always too busy to return my calls, and in the end I was confused about being insured because of their lack of customer service. If you want prompt service Westland is not the brokerage for you. Amendment: Westland contacted me after this review and basically settled all of my concerns. Although I experienced poor service initially, the post-review call made me feel better about everything.

Fantastic customer service. I love having a local broker that I can speak to same day in the same time zone. The staff is super friendly and always goes the extra mile to get us the best coverage at the best price.

I have used Westland Insurance (Artesian) for over 20 Years. Throughout this time they have looked after my business, fleet and personal insurance. They are hands down the most professional broker you will find. They look after you with a personal touch and pass along cost savings to you anywhere possible. I highly recommend them.
