They did a great job of getting farm insurance for me a couple of months ago but never got back to me with a quote on commercial properties after saying they would. I even sent a follow up email and no response. Not impressed.

If you're on their ass amazing things will get done. I have had mostly good experience with them but have also had a lot of empty promises for checking into better rates etc.

Not much of a broker. Save yourself a lot of money and phone around on your own. Good luck getting them to call you back or transfer you to someone to help. Client for 16 years. They change their name every few years but its the same company.

Usually impossible to speak to someone. You can leave messages, email, and get nothing. You have to walk in to get service. I am cancelling my policies as soon as possible. Terribly inconvenient to deal with. Typical Grande Prairie service. They don't need the business and don't care.

Not sure who the person in the other review is talking about, I've have nothing but perfect service with HUB. They get back to me right away, get my paperwork to me on the spot. They are a dream to work with!!!
